Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to op-tide.com and every order placed with OPtide. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should not use the website.

Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by customers who are 21 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order, the customer confirms that both conditions are met.

Research Use Only

All OPtide compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended for:

• Human or animal consumption, or application of any kind
• Medical, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes
• Use in food, cosmetics or supplements

Product information on the website is provided as research reference only. It does not describe or recommend any use outside a research setting.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

• Have the knowledge needed to handle and store research materials correctly
• Will use all products in line with their research-only purpose
• Will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession and use of the products

Products and Information

OPtide aims to keep all product information accurate and current. Lab results are published per batch and apply to the batch they were issued for. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

All products are subject to availability. OPtide may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices may change at any time, but an order is charged at the price shown when it was placed.

Payment is made at checkout. Orders that are not paid within the payment window shown at checkout are cancelled automatically.

OPtide may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected misuse. If a paid order is cancelled by OPtide, the payment is refunded in full.

Shipping

OPtide delivers within Indonesia only. Delivery options, costs and dispatch times are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Damaged, incorrect or lost orders are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.

Promotions and Programs

Discounts, promotions and membership programs such as Founding Member status are subject to their own conditions, which are shown with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. OPtide may change or end a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

Regulatory Notice

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. OPtide products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

OPtide is a supplier of research materials. It is not a pharmacy, a medical provider or a healthcare facility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPtide is not liable for any damage, injury, loss or claim arising from the handling, storage, misuse or use of products bought through this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Indemnity

The customer agrees to hold OPtide, its staff and its partners harmless against any claim or liability that results from improper use of the products or a breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the OPtide name, logo, design, images and written content, belongs to OPtide unless stated otherwise. Copying, reproducing or distributing it without written permission is not allowed.

Website Use

The website may not be misused. This includes interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or any activity that could affect its function or security.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If no solution is reached, it will be settled under Indonesian law and jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

OPtide may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, together with the new revision date. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
