Documentation
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an independent third-party laboratory confirming the purity and identity of a specific batch. A COA is available for every OPtide compound, linked to its specific production batch. Batch records and COA documentation are accessible on the OPtide website at any time.
Products & Handling
No. All OPtide compounds are for research purposes only. Not for human consumption.
Yes. Lyophilized peptides form a thin film or small pellet at the base of the vial, so the contents can look minimal. The full labelled quantity of compound is present — the appearance is expected and does not indicate a short-filled or missing product.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized compounds should be stored at 2–8°C, away from direct light and moisture. Recommended shelf life is compound-specific — detailed on each product page and confirmed in the batch Certificate of Analysis.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods during handling but should be returned to refrigerated storage promptly. Extended exposure to heat, light, or humidity risks compound degradation. Freeze-thaw cycles should be minimised — repeated freezing and thawing accelerates degradation. Where possible, compounds should be aliquoted into single-use portions after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw exposure.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 15:00 are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the following business day. Each order is reviewed before dispatch to confirm documentation and packaging integrity.
OPtide delivers to all major regions across Indonesia. Delivery timeframes vary by location and are confirmed at checkout.
International shipping is available to select destinations. Available regions and any applicable requirements are confirmed during checkout.
Orders & Support
Any issue must be reported to hello@optide.com within 24 hours of receipt. Reports submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed. Each case is reviewed individually upon receipt of the required documentation.
