Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how OPtide collects, uses and protects personal information when the website is used, an order is placed or support is contacted. OPtide processes personal information in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Information Collected

• Contact and order details: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, shipping and billing address, and the details of each order.
• Payment status: payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. OPtide receives confirmation of payment, but does not see or store card details.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device and the pages visited, used to keep the website working and secure.
• Messages: anything shared through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

How Information Is Used

• To process, pack and deliver orders
• To send order, payment and shipping updates by email or WhatsApp
• To send one reminder email with the saved selection when checkout is started but not completed
• To answer questions and provide support
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

OPtide does not sell or rent personal information.

Marketing Emails

Marketing emails are only sent to people who sign up for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Order and shipping updates are not marketing and are always sent.

Service Providers

Personal information is shared only with the providers needed to run the store, and only as far as each one needs it:

• Payment processing
• Couriers and delivery services
• Email and messaging services
• Website hosting and analytics

Some of these providers may store data outside Indonesia. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

The website uses essential cookies to keep the cart working and to remember the age confirmation, and analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. Cookies can be turned off in the browser settings, but some parts of the website may then stop working.

Storage and Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until the person unsubscribes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

OPtide uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Access to customer data is limited to what each task requires. No online system can be fully secure, but every effort is made to keep data protected.

Personal Data Rights

Under Indonesian law, every person can ask OPtide to:

• Access the personal information held about them
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete their information, where it is no longer needed for an order or a legal requirement
• Withdraw consent for marketing

Age Requirement

The website and its products are intended only for people aged 21 or older. OPtide does not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
